Privacy and Website Information Notice

1. Data controller and scope

The company contact address for this website and contact requests is kvkk@fksteknoloji.com. This notice concerns website use. Data processing by number plate recognition, cameras or other field systems installed for customers requires a separate assessment.

2. Information processed

The form collects your name, email address, selected topic and message. Company and telephone fields are optional. The information is delivered to the company mailbox to answer your request. This application does not also store these messages in a customer database.

Your IP address is used temporarily in server memory to limit form abuse. The hosting and CDN provider may process connection, IP and technical access records in its own infrastructure.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures pages and interactions. Form field contents, email addresses and telephone details are not included in custom measurement events. Query strings and fragments are removed from the measured page address.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Contact information is used to assess your request, discuss a quote or project and respond. Depending on the request, contract necessity under KVKK Article 5/2(c), protection of rights under 5/2(e), or legitimate interests under 5/2(f) are assessed. Optional analytics relies on explicit consent.

Sending a contact request does not grant advertising or marketing permission. Security and essential technical records support the security and operation of the website.

4. Service providers and transfers

Hostinger provides website, CDN and email infrastructure. Google is used for analytics when permitted. Authorised company staff assessing your request can access your email. Information may need to be disclosed to competent public authorities when required by law.

These providers may process information using infrastructure outside Türkiye. The company must separately establish suitable international transfer conditions under KVKK Article 9. A cookie choice does not replace this transfer assessment.

5. Retention and security

General contact records are retained for 12 months after resolution; completed quotation and project requests for 24 months. Active customer and project records are kept for the periods required by the relationship and applicable legislation. Expired records without another lawful retention ground are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Messages are held in the company mailbox, not an application database. Mailbox deletion is not automated; the company must regularly review these records.

Analytics account retention settings are managed in Google Analytics. Cookie and browser record durations are described separately in the Cookie Policy. Form submissions use HTTPS, server-side validation and submission limits.

6. Your rights and requests

Under KVKK Article 11 you may learn whether data is processed, request information, learn its purposes and recipients, request correction or erasure and notification to recipients, object to adverse automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
