Requests to the Data Controller

1. Request channel

You may apply to kvkk@fksteknoloji.com from an email address previously supplied to and recorded by the company. Written requests, secure electronic signatures, mobile signatures and other methods permitted by law also apply. Contact the company for the applicable address or alternative channel.

Use the dedicated web form below. Contact kvkk@fksteknoloji.com to obtain the address for signed written applications. Submission alone does not verify identity; the company must perform necessary and proportionate checks before disclosing or deleting personal data. Requests for further information do not automatically extend the statutory response period.

2. Required information

State your name, surname, request, notification address and, if available, response email or telephone. Written requests require a signature and the identity information required by law, or nationality and passport/identity details for foreign applicants. Attach only documents needed for the request.

Do not upload identity documents or enter sensitive identity information in the general project contact form. Verification of identity or representation may be requested where needed to process an application.

3. Assessment and response

Under KVKK, the controller must respond as soon as possible and within 30 days. Where processing entails additional costs, the tariff determined by the Board may apply. A response may be provided in writing or electronically.

If a request is rejected, the response is insufficient or no timely response is received, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within the procedures and deadlines specified by KVKK.

4. Request form privacy notice

This dedicated form electronically collects names, citizenship, Turkish identity number for Turkish citizens or nationality and passport/identity number for foreign applicants, notification address, available email/phone and your request. FKS TEKNOLOJİ GÜVENLİK VE YAZILIM processes these details to evaluate and answer requests, verify identity or authority when necessary and protect rights under KVKK Articles 5/2(ç) and 5/2(e). Requests are sent to kvkk@fksteknoloji.com through Hostinger mail infrastructure and are accessible to authorised personnel and competent authorities when legally necessary. International infrastructure requires a company assessment under Article 9. Request records are kept only as necessary for legal obligations and protection of rights, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised absent another lawful ground. Analytics is disabled on this form. No separate consent or analytics permission is required. The same channels are available for Article 11 rights.
