# Contact Form Privacy Notice

Purposes, recipients and request rights for information shared through the FKS Teknoloji contact form.

This information explains how your details will be used before you send the form.

## 1. Controller and collected information

FKS TEKNOLOJİ GÜVENLİK VE YAZILIM receives your name, email address, selected topic and message electronically through the form. Telephone and company fields are optional. Contact address: kvkk@fksteknoloji.com.

Do not include identity, payment or sensitive personal information unnecessary for your request.

## 2. Purpose and legal grounds

Your details are used to assess your request, discuss a project or quote, respond and protect relevant rights where necessary. Conditions under KVKK Articles 5/2(c), 5/2(e) or 5/2(f) are assessed according to the request. Submitting the form does not separately grant marketing permission.

The acknowledgement checkbox is initially unchecked and must be selected before submission. It acknowledges reading the notice, not permission for analytics or advertising. The document version and server-generated UTC submission time are included in the company email.

## 3. Transfer and retention

Your message is sent to the company mailbox through Hostinger email infrastructure and assessed by relevant authorised staff. Disclosure to competent authorities may be required by law. KVKK Article 9 conditions must be assessed separately for the provider's international processing.

General contact records are retained for 12 months after resolution; completed quotation and project requests for 24 months. Active customer and project records are kept for the periods required by the relationship and applicable legislation. Expired records without another lawful retention ground are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Messages are held in the company mailbox, not an application database. Mailbox deletion is not automated; the company must regularly review these records.

## 4. Information and requests

Your KVKK rights are described in the Privacy and Website Information Notice. Application methods are set out in Data Subject Requests. Declining analytics cookies does not prevent use of the contact form.
